Product Separators

Cyclones: Standard efficiency and high efficiency designs and configurations are available to meet a broad range of industrial applications. All welded or bolted designs fabricated out of carbon steel, aluminum, stainless steel and abrasive resistant materials.

A Rotating Screen Filter with a stationary nozzle that separates larger particles and heavy dust loads from the air stream. Typically used as a pre-filter or first stage filtration.

Our Product Separators can be applied to many applications and can function as a pre-filter, first-stage filter or as a main filter depending on what your filtration efficiency levels require.

They are designed for processes that produce heavy loading, bulky or fibrous materials that need to be separated from the airstream.

MS Separator functions like a cyclone, but requires less than a 1/3 of the space. Light weight and can be placed in the roof truss area wth minimal structural support. Can separate material that can't be separated in a cyclone. Has no moving parts in the basic unit.
